I thought it was a little disappointing in that it really did not convey any information other than using the cloud will solve you scalability problems.  There is a bit more than using the cloud for helping with scalability, such as creating your applications to be run in parallel rather than sequential will help a lot, even with a dual core single CPU machine.]]></description>
